ACT 9: THINK POSITIVE
If gratitude is the gateway to transformation, thinking positively is the road map. Envisioning the road map and infusing it with positivism is necessary for healing. Our thoughts being on the healing journey will vary: they can be positive, indifferent, negative, incredulous, and so on. Negative thoughts will create obstacles, and positive thoughts will make obstacles surmountable. Indifference will keep us stuck, and incredulousness will turn us around when the journey is tough. Often time, we begin unhealthy behaviors because of our negative views.
NEGATE THE HATE
Negativity impedes our capacity to honor. It causes us to feel disdain life-people, significant relationships, and experiences. When negative thought patterns takes hold, we walk around feeling that life has given us the short end of the stick, we can’t pin point why, but we know we feel like we have less, or that more has been taken from us than from others. We look back at what we have not had, or what was not given to us, and we feel uncared for. Negativity steals the infusion of honor into our thoughts, causing our life to feel fragmented. We feel scattered and uncomfortable in our skin.
